Each new account is charged an account setup fee. In addition a deposit to secure payment of all charges may be required by the Pasco Municipal Code.
No deposits are required for property owners.
Renters need to come to City Hall and bring in their rental agreement & state issued picture I.D. to sign up for utility service. Please contact the Utility Billing Department for deposit inquiries.
