For our customers convenience the City of Pasco offers automatic withdrawal for paying on your utility bill. There are two ways to sign up for this service:
- Fill out the appropriate Auto Pay Application (PDF) (along with voided check if applicable) and either mail, leave in one of our drop-boxes, or bring to the office.
- Online (create log-in and follow prompts)
Both methods of Auto-Pay are free of charge and assure timely payment of your account avoiding late fees and possible disconnection of service due to delinquency.
As per the Pasco Municipal Code, any payment returned to the City of Pasco by a bank because of insufficient funds in the account of the payer or because the account of the payer is closed will be charged a returned item fee and subject to disconnect until the returned item and all fees are paid.
