Customers will receive a billing approximately once a month and are due upon receipt. The Pasco Municipal Code states a bill is delinquent if not paid in full 25 days from the billing date.
Delinquent Payments must be made in the office and are subject to:
A Late Fee of $10.00
A Collection Fee of $10.00
A $50/$75.00 delinquent service fee
Possible disconnection of service
