The Inspection Services Department prides itself on public education.

Code Division staff have presented throughout the years to the Pasco Police Crime Free Multi-Housing Community, Kiwanis Club, Benton Franklin Rental Owner's Association, Columbia Basin College, Pasco Specialty Kitchen Food Truck Academy, Residential Park resident meetings and Block Watch Groups.

Information is available in both English & Spanish on a variety of topics including general code violations and processes, permitting, business licenses, rental licenses and habitability inspections.
