Rental License

Chapter 5.60 of the Pasco Municipal Code requires that any residential dwelling unit (as defined by PMC Chapter 5.05) that is made available for rent, lease, or let to the public maintain a current rental dwelling license. A certificate of inspection must also be submitted, to obtain an initial license, and upon request from the city every 2 years.

To obtain a license complete and return the Rental License Application to the Permit Counter on the first floor of City Hall.

Please note: to close out a rental license due to sale, owner occupation or remodel, submit a Non-Rental Certification to the Inspection Services counter.
