Application to Open Water/Sewer Utility Account – Move In

    FOR RENTERS ONLY:

    • We will need your valid ID and a valid lease or rental agreement signed by both the landlord and the tenant(s). Please provide us with a copy of your valid lease/rental agreement. Submission options are below:

    • There is a non-refundable setup fee of $15.00.
    • We are required to collect a deposit. For most residential properties, the deposit is $332.70. We can give you the exact amount once we have the service address. The deposit is refundable and will be applied to the final bill when the account closes. The credit balance, if any, will be issued to the account holders’ names after the final bill is processed.
    • Once we create your account, we will provide you with your account number, along with a link and instructions to pay your deposit. If the deposit is not paid before the due date of your first bill, it could cause an interruption in your water service.

    FOR OWNERS ONLY:

    • There is a non-refundable setup fee of $15.00. 
    • We must verify with county records that the sale of the property has been recorded before we can create an account in the new owner(s)’ name.
