The City of Pasco is excited to announce the launch of the 2023 National Community Survey and invites all residents to participate. This crucial survey, conducted every two years since 2005, is a key tool in understanding and enhancing community livability. This year, the survey focuses on ten central areas that are pivotal to Pasco’s growth and well-being: economy, mobility, community design, utilities, safety, natural environment, parks and recreation, health and wellness, education, arts and culture, and inclusivity and engagement. Your feedback on these areas will provide a comprehensive view of what makes our city thrive.
A select group of households received the survey by mail in November and December. To ensure broad participation, the City has made the survey accessible online at https://polco.us/pascowa23. Available in both English and Spanish, the online survey offers a convenient way for all residents to share their opinions and will be open until December 31.
This edition of the survey includes specific questions to gauge public opinion on key policy issues, such as homelessness and the effectiveness of different information sources about Pasco. These insights will play a significant role in guiding the City Council’s objectives and strategies for the upcoming two years. We highly encourage all residents to take this opportunity to voice their thoughts and help shape the future of Pasco.
