In observance of Labor Day, all City of Pasco offices will be closed on Monday, September 4, 2023. Normal operations will resume on Tuesday, September 5. Additionally, the City Council Regular Meeting, which is usually held on Mondays, has been rescheduled to Tuesday, September 5 at 7 p.m.
Residents are advised to take note of the one-day interruption in city services. Emergency services, including fire and police, will operate as usual. However, non-emergency offices and services, such as Utility Billing, the City Clerk's office, and Parks and Recreation, will not be available until Tuesday.
The City Council Regular Meeting initially scheduled for Monday, September 4, will now be held on Tuesday, September 5, at 7 p.m. The rescheduled meeting will take place at the usual venue, Pasco City Hall Council Chambers, and will be available for live streaming on the City's website, YouTube, and Facebook. Residents who planned to attend or participate in the meeting are encouraged to adjust their schedules accordingly. Agendas and meeting materials will be available on the City’s website on Friday, September 1.
Labor Day is a time to celebrate the contributions of American workers, and the City encourages all residents to safely enjoy the holiday.
