Mr. Irving Brown, Sr. was appointed to the City Council District 3 vacancy on July 11, created by the resignation of Nikki Torres in May.
Councilmember Brown has been a resident of Pasco since 2008 and is currently Human Resources Manager for the Red Lion Hotel and Conference Center in Pasco. Per state law, the District 3 seat will be up for election in 2023 to fill out the rest of the term, ending in 2025.
