City Hall remodeling continues: As part of the continuing upgrades to City Hall, construction crews will have part of the 1st floor hallway closed for carpet replacement today, Thursday, and tomorrow, Friday, July 19.
In addition, Customer Service (Utility Billing, Dog Licensing, and general information) has temporarily moved to the south side of the 1st floor while the main Customer Service area is being remodeled over the next several weeks. Customers are asked to use the south entrance (off Sylvester Street) or the back entrance (off the main parking lot).
After this work, most permitting, licensing, and utility payments will be done on the 1st floor, saving customer trips up and down the stairs for most City Hall services.
