Pasco Cinco de Mayo Festival Vendors

Vendor Pricing:

  • A portion of the registration fee will be allocated towards door prizes for the event.
  • Please note that your registration will not be considered complete until payment in full is received.
  • EARLY BIRD: Before April 1, 2024
  • Non-Profit: Free
  • Registered PSK Food Vendors: Free
  • Commercial Vendors & Food Vendors: 
    • Saturday: $300  
    • Sunday: $300  
    • Saturday & Sunday: $400 (multi-day discount applied)
  • LATE FEE: Begins April 1, 2024
    • A $100 late fee will be applied to each application that is submitted after April 1, 2024. This includes Non-Profit, PSK Kitchen Vendors, Commercial Vendors and Food Vendors.

Vendor Booths:

The Non-Profit/Commercial (Non-Food) Booth Size is 10X10.

Food Vendors Booth Types:

  • Truck, Cart, or Tent 
  • 110 or 220 power may be available between Lewis and Columbia on 4th as well as in the plaza.
  • Please be aware that electricity availability is limited. Plan accordingly for your power needs.

Non-Profit / Informational or Commercial (Non-Food) / Food Vendor 

To determine the category for your entry, please follow the guidelines below.

  • Non-Profit / Informational: Charity organizations with a current 501.c.3 status wishing to distribute information. This category does NOT permit the present or future sale of any items. City and state agencies may also apply under the non-profit category.
  • Commercial Vendor: Individuals or small businesses selling a wide variety of items including original artwork, clothing, jewelry, accessories, face-painters, henna, air brush art, imports, gift items, sunglasses, etc.
    • Businesses that are promoting or selling goods or services including real estate agents/agencies, home improvement providers, paycheck advance services, medical practices, television services, windows, cookware vending, etc.

Sponsorship Opportunities require multiple documents and are not included in this application. Please contact us to inquire or locate one here.

Food Vendors

Menu items that would be considered main course or side dish items, snack-type items (ready-to-eat), examples include kettle corn, roasted nuts, cotton candy, ice cream, etc. [packaged food items that are “take-home” food like salsa, jerky, etc. are considered Commercial].

Food vendors are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses as required by the Washington State Department of Health. For further information, please contact BFHD (Benton-Franklin Health Department) at (509) 460-4200.

Equipment and Set Up, Breakdown and Timing

  • You agree to provide a food truck, cart, table, chairs, and/or tent for your setup.
  • Set up will commence at 8:00 am on the day(s) of the event.
  • All vendors must be fully set up no later than 10:30 am. Failure to do so will require you to manually transport your items from the vendor parking lot, which is approximately 1 block east.
  • Your vehicle must be moved to the designated vendor parking lot by 10:30 am.
  • Vendors may begin breaking down at 8:00 pm on Saturday and 6:00 pm on Sunday. Please schedule your staff and volunteers accordingly.
  • In the event of an early conclusion to the event, our staff will notify you accordingly regarding the early breakdown.

Please Note
Event management has the right to deny or refuse any applicant if the business does not reflect the desires of festival management. Event management reserves the right to limit booths based on product diversity.

  • Non-compliant vendors face potential future event bans for rule violations or failure to relocate to designated parking areas.
  • If, for any reason, you are unable to attend the event, kindly notify Pasco Parks & Recreation promptly.
