Washington State Department of Revenue (DOR) handles most City license applications and renewals with the exception of solicitor licenses, residential rental licenses and taxi business/driver for hire licenses, which are processed through the City of Pasco.
The DOR combines state and local license requirements into a "one-stop" process.
