Rosters

The City of Pasco uses the Municipal Research and Services Center (MRSC) for our rosters. MRSC Rosters is a roster service that provides a membership database used by participating Washington public agencies to contact registered businesses about small public works construction projects and consulting opportunities. Businesses interested in receiving notifications for current opportunities must register for a free account at www.mrscrosters.org. Small Works Roster: Small Public Work Projects with an estimated cost of $350,000 or less. The Small Works Roster includes businesses who provide construction, building, renovation, remodeling, alteration, repair or improvement of real property as referenced in the RCW 39.04.155.

Vendor Roster: Purchasing of goods and services with an estimated cost of $50,000 or more. The Vendor Roster includes businesses who provide product sales, equipment repair, vehicle maintenance, garbage collection, and other purchased services as referenced in RCW 39.04.190.

Consultant Roster: Procurement of service with an estimated cost of $50,000 or more. The Consultant Roster includes businesses who provide architecture, engineering, and surveying services as referenced by Ch. 39.80 RCW, as well as some other professional services such as management, financial, legal, communications, and environmental consulting.
