The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) provides detailed information to the local public, Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and members of Congress on activities undertaken with the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) entitlement funds used by the City of Pasco.
The CAPER also reports on the City’s performance in meeting the goals set forth in the Annual Action Plan for the previous year.
