The HOME-ARP Supportive Services Program is designed to assist qualifying individuals and families by providing the services necessary to regain stability quickly in temporary or permanent housing after experiencing a housing crisis and/or homelessness.
Qualifying Populations
- Experiencing homelessness
- At risk of homelessness
- Fleeing, or attempting to flee domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, or human trafficking as defined by HUD.
- Part of other populations where providing supportive services or assistance would prevent a family’s homelessness or would serve those with the greatest risk of housing instability.
