Court Street and Road 68 Intersection Improvements
Project No. 19043, Federal Aid No. STPUL-9911(012)
The City of Pasco, Washington is inviting and requesting bid proposals for the Court Street and Road 68 Intersection Improvements Project. This Project will construct a roundabout including excavation, embankment construction, paving with HMA and concrete, curb, sidewalk, thickened cement concrete sidewalk with thickened edge, pedestrian railing, stormwater collection / conveyance / treatment, sanitary sewer, water main, signing, striping, illumination, joint utility trench (JUT), driveways, landscape improvements and other associated work. All in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and the WSDOT Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction.
This contract has eighty-eight (88) working days to complete the work and the estimated cost or this project is $2,600,000.00 - $2,900,000.00.
Bidders may obtain bid documents, including plans and specifications, at the City of Pasco’s Plan Room, beginning Wednesday, April 10, 2024. Bidders may obtain digital files at no cost. Printed documents are available, at bidders’ expense, by choosing the “Order” option.
In an effort to provide proper social distancing to Contractors and City Staff, the City of Pasco is providing an option to submit bids for the project through an online bidding process. The bidding may be done through City of Pasco’s Plan Room secure network/platform: https://www.cityofpascoplanroom.com/jobs/public.
Sealed Bids are encouraged to be submitted electronically via the City of Pasco’s Plan Room and shall be accepted up to the hour of 2:00PM PDT on Thursday, May 2, 2024. Alternatively, sealed bids may be submitted via hard copy to the City Clerk’s Office located on the first floor at Pasco City Hall (525 N 3rd Ave, Pasco, WA 99301). The Contractor will not be charged a fee to submit a bid, either electronically or in-person.
Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud via live stream webinar at the subsequent time of 2:00PM PDT on Thursday, May 2, 2024. All bids must be accompanied by a “Good Faith Token” in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier’s Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent (5%) of the total bid.

Bids will only be accepted from Contractors who are eligible to perform services as governed by PMC 14.15 and who are listed on Abadan’s City of Pasco Plan Room Plan Holders list. Upon award, Contractor (and subcontractors) shall have a current City of Pasco Business License.
Projects funded wholly or in part by Federal appropriations must comply with Code of Federal Regulations; 24 CFR 570.502, 24 CFR 85.36, 2 CFR 200.
