The City of Pasco is requesting Proposals from qualified Vendors to provide Pavement Condition Assessment Services related to the its 332 center lane miles of roadway. In an effort to increase effectiveness and efficiency of the City’s Street Preservation program, an all-inclusive baseline is required to make informed decisions for Maintenance, Repair, and Reconstruction (MR&R) efforts and budget allocations.
