The Project includes a single story building of approximately 10,612 sq. that will house Fire District emergency responder personnel with (4) drive through vehicle bays, crew living and sleeping areas as well as other fire service related support spaces. Project also includes the development of the (1.72) acres Project site which involves site clearing, soil fill, excavation & soil replacement, new building, paving base support, storm water systems construction, concrete and asphalt paving, site structures, frontage, offsite improvements and permanent utilities. Overall Substantial Completion shall be achieved within three hundred and sixty five days (365) after the Owner’s Notice to Proceed and Final Completion shall be achieved within forty-five days (45) after Substantial Completion. The Project will have one phase.
