Where do I go to pick up bid documents?: A contractor can purchase a set of plans through the Engineering Department. Plans are also provided to local and regional plan centers for viewing. These include: Tri-City Construction Council, DJC Plan Centers, and McGraw-Hill. In order to submit a bid proposal, a contractor must be prequalified (Pasco Municipal Code 14.10), and must have obtained the plans from the City.
