FAMILY HAY RIDE: This fun fall activity for the whole family includes a hay ride, apple cider, Hot Chocolate and a stop at Jobs Nursery where you can purchase a pumpkin from their pumpkin patch if you would like. Pre-registration is required for this event. SWEETEST DADDY-DAUGHTER PROM: A wonderful evening of dancing and fun for girls ages 5-13 and the father figure in their life. LOURDES 100 YEARS CELEBRATION: Lourdes is celebrating 100 years of service to the citizens of the Tri-Cities. The celebration will take place from 11:00am – 2:00pm on Saturday, October 8 at Volunteer Park. It will include the dedication of the outdoor fitness equipment installed in the park (A partnership project between the City of Pasco, Lourdes, and the Pasco Kiwanis Club). It will also include games, food vendors, information booths and more.

TODDLER SHORT SPORTS (October Morning Session): This partnership program with the YMCA is an exciting introduction to a variety of sports for your 2 ½ to 4 year old. LACROSSE CLINIC: Tri-Cities Youth are invited to come and find out what Lacrosse is all about. The clinic will include an introduction to the game. In this clinic you will learn stick handling skills, throwing, catching, scooping and shooting on goal. There is an $18 equipment fee that includes a new lacrosse stick and ball. Checks to be paid to TCYL and must be paid at the clinic. DAY/DATE/TIME: Saturday, October 22, 4:00-6:00pm; CLASS #: F512

PASCO YOUTH BASKETBALL: A fun and exciting recreational league for 1st to 6th graders. Girls and Boys will play on separate teams which are formed according to geographical area and school grade. Practices will start in December with teams practicing at a grade school in their area (depending on school availability and registration numbers). Practices will be held no more than twice per week. Games will begin in January. EARLY BIRD FEE: $45Res/$57NR; EARLY BIRD DEADLINE: October 31; LATE FEE: Add $10; LATE DEADLINE: November 20.

HEALTHY EYES AS WE AGE: If you are in your 40’s or beyond, you may be noticing some of the changes in vision that are common with age. Join Dr. Nicholas Gubler of the Mid Colombia Eyecare Center to learn about age related eye diseases and how to keep your eyes healthy and working their best well into the golden years. LIVING INDEPENDENTLY WITH VISION LOSS: Coping with vision loss is a struggle both for those experiencing it as well as those closest to them. During this class staff from Edith Bishel Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired will walk you through services that are available to help those experiencing vision loss live a full and independent life. 5K 101, A CABLE BRIDGE RUN 5K TRAINING PROGRAM: Dust off those shoes and become a 5K finisher with this 8 week training program! No matter your fitness level this program will help you progress toward improving your ability to finish a 5K. The fee for this class includes registration into the Lampson Cable Bridge Run 5K with a customized Cable Bridge Run T-shirt. SENIOR CENTER: Looking for a place to get out of the house, meet and socialize with others? Come to the Pasco Senior Center, we have all kinds of stuff to do, including billiards, pinochle, dominos, china painting, computer lab, wood carving and more! Open Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm. The Pasco Senior Center is located at 1315 N. 7th Ave. in Pasco.

HAPPY FEET - Free Foot Care (Donations Accepted)!: If you reside in Franklin County or Burbank and are over the age of 60 you might qualify for free foot care. (This program is funded by SE Washington Aging and Longer Term Care and Participant Donations). If you do not qualify for the HAPPY FEET Free Foot Care Program not to worry, we also have a Foot Care for Adults (Ages 18+) Program, Cost is $30.
