SUMMER CONCERT SERIES: CONCERT #3 TODAY AT PEANUTS PARK! The third in our series of concerts in the park this summer, sponsored by La Campesina 96.3, is scheduled for this evening from 6:30 – 8:00pm at Peanuts Park (Corner of Luis and 4th Ave, Pasco). Come listen to the tropical sounds of the Bahuru Marimba Band and enjoy time together in the park. Hope to see you there.

SUMMER CONCERT SERIES: Come join us on Thursdays throughout the summer from 6:30-8:00pm for some evening music in the park. Grab some food from the vendors, pull out your lawn chair and kick back to the sounds of summer. THIRD CONCERT DATE: July 7; LOCATION: Peanuts Park; BAND: Bahuru Marimba Band; STYLE: Tropical Marimba

YOUTH FREE SWIM FRIDAY AT MEMORIAL AQUATIC CENTER (Sponsored by Apple Valley Dental)! During Open Swim on Fridays throughout the season TWO (2) KIDS will get in FREE WITH each PAID ADULT admission. So bring the family for an afternoon of fun at Memorial Pool. Hope to see you there!

SWIM LESSON SESSION #3: Summer is here so its time to sign your child up for swim lessons! Registration for session #3 begins July 14 for Pasco Residents and July 15 for all others. You may register online at www.pascoparksandrec.com (starting at 6:00am) or register in-person at the recreation offices located in Pasco City Hall (starting at 8:00am).

MEMORIAL POOL & AQUATIC PARK SEASON PASSES! Even though Memorial Pool and Aquatic Park is not yet open, summer is just around the corner and it is not to early to purchase your season pass. For a summer of fun enjoying the waterslides, kid’s pool, spray park, diving board, lap pool and more, stop by the Recreation Services Offices located in Pasco City Hall to purchase your pass today. FEE: Adult: $95Res/$110NR, Youth & Senior: $55Res/$65NR, Family (up to 6): $200Res/$265NR Season passes may be purchased online at www.pascoparksandrec.com.

POOL SHELTER RENTALS: Would you like to have a Party during open swim? Get your shelter package and save! Party Package includes one pool shelter rental and 10 swim passes. TIME 1-4PM: $60; TIME 4-6PM & 6:15-8:15PM (Sat): $50; TIME 1-6PM: $70

RENT MEMORIAL POOL: If you have a large group (school, club, church, reunion, etc.) you may want to rent the whole facility and have Memorial Pool to yourselves. Rental times available throughout the week, call the Recreation office for details, 509-545-3456. FEE: $200/hr (For up to 300 people) + $100 Refundable deposit.

TODDLER SHORT SPORTS: This program is an exciting introduction to a variety of sports for your 2 ½ to 4 year old. During this class children will be introduced to soccer, t-ball, volleyball, basketball, and more!

YOUTH BASKETBALL CAMP: Get in the game this summer! This junior basketball camp for boys and girls, grades 1st – 5th will focus on the fundamentals of ball handling, shooting, and defense. Fee includes T-shirt. USTA FAMILY FRIENDLY TENNIS .The USTA Family Friendly Tennis program runs throughout the summertime. Family members of all ages and generations are welcome to join. It's even great for four friends who just want to play tennis together.Sessions go for 90 minutes and are held on tennis courts at local parks. USTA YOUTH TENNIS CAMPS
The USTA youth summer tennis camp is the place for kids 6-17 years of age to have fun, be active, and learn to play tennis with friends. Camps run Mon-Fri from 8am - 12pm. For more information and to register go to: www.RecTennis.com/Pasco

JUNIOR GOLF LESSONS: Lessons are designed for beginners. Lessons will be taught by PGA certified instructors. Skills covered include grip, stance, and posture for each type of swing. SKYHAWKS SUMMER SPORT CAMPS:
• MULTI-SPORT CAMP: This camp includes supervised lunch and open swim. Please bring a sack lunch. Non-Swimmers need life-jackets. This multi-sport program gives children a positive first step into athletics. The essentials of each sport are taught in a safe, structured environment with lots of encouragement and a focus on fun. All games and activities are designed to allow campers to explore balance, movement, hand/eye coordination and skill development at their own pace. • FLAG FOOTBALL/SWIM CAMP: This camp includes supervised lunch and open swim. Please bring a sack lunch. Non-Swimmers need life-jackets. • BASKETBALL CAMP: This fun, skill-intensive program is designed for beginning to intermediate athletes. An active week of passing, shooting, dribbling and rebounding makes this one of our most popular programs. FOOT CARE FOR ADULTS: This program is designed to provide preventative maintenance and education to Franklin County and Burbank residents who are 60 years of age and older. Care is provided by a Registered Nurse. If an abnormality is detected, you will be referred to your physician or other social services organization. Call 509 545-3459 to see if you qualify for this program. AGES: 60 and older; DAY/DATE/TIME: Day/Date/Time Vary Call for appointment days and times; LOCATION: Pasco Senior Center; FEE: Donation; NOTE: Funds for the Franklin County and Burbank Foot Care program are administered by Southeast Washington Aging and Long Term Care. Those that do not qualify for this program may choose to participate in our fee based program, call the Pasco Senior Center at 509 545-3459 for more info.

- SENIOR CENTER -

MEALS ON WHEELS LUNCHES: Enjoy a delicious lunch. Reservations are required 24 hours in advance and may be made by calling 509-543-5706. *$2.75 is the suggested donation for those ages 60+ for the meal. DAYS/TIME: Monday – Friday, 11:45am – 12:45pm; LOCATION: 1315 N. 7th Ave., Pasco, WA;

SENIOR CENTER: Looking for a place to get out of the house, meet and socialize with others? Come to the Pasco Senior Center, we have all kinds of stuff to do, including billiards, pinochle, dominos, china painting, computer lab, wood carving and more! Open Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm. The Pasco Senior Center is located at 1315 N. 7th Ave. in Pasco.

SENIOR CENTER BUILDING RENTALS: Looking for a great place to host your next event call the Pasco Senior Center at (509) 545-3459 for more information. We rent large and small rooms for meetings, parties or receptions.

HAPPY FEET - Free Foot Care (Donations Accepted)!: If you reside in Franklin County or Burbank and are over the age of 60 you might qualify for free foot care. (This program is funded by SE Washington Aging and Longer Term Care and Participant Donations). If you do not qualify for the HAPPY FEET Free Foot Care Program not to worry, we also have a Foot Care for Adults (Ages 18+) Program, Cost is $30.
