[ARCHIVED] Step Aerobics class begins October 24th

Combining Step Aerobics with interval training, kick boxing and ballet; this intense workout will help you burn 30% more body fat than traditional aerobics. Each class includes a warm up followed by cardio, core and strength training (utilizing light weights, bands and exercise balls), and finally a cool down. Bring a towel, water bottle and some friends and prepare to have fun while getting fit!
