The City of Pasco Water Department will be installing a water service at 218 South 5th Avenue on Friday, November 20 beginning at 7:30 am until 3:30 pm. South 5th Avenue will be closed from "A" Street to Columbia Street. Detours will be in place. If you have any questions, please call Public Works at (509) 545-3463.
