THANK YOU VOLUNTEERS! – Volunteer Appreciation week occurs in April each year and we at the Pasco Recreation would like to take this opportunity to say thank you. Many of the programs and events we plan and host each year would not be possible were it not for the many wonderful volunteers from the community. NEW! - JAYCESS EASTER EGG HUNT AND CHIAWANA PARTY IN THE PARK: These two great events will kick off spring and highlight our community’s great parks! SPRING BAZAAR: This indoor event promises to be a fun, and exciting day with vendors from around the area showcasing their arts, crafts, antiques and other wares. MINI-KICKERS SOCCER: This program teaches basic soccer skills while developing strength, balance, coordination, listening skills, cooperation and teamwork. Coaching staff will engage your child through fun games and activities, providing your child with a positive experience. TENNIS CAMP: Looking to keep your child from being bored during SPRING BREAK? We have the perfect solution; sign them up for tennis camp. They will make new friends and learn the game of tennis from our experienced instructor. Junior sized racquets and tennis balls will be provided. Classes will be filled with fun games and contests. YOUTH BASKETBALL CLINIC: The clinic will divide youth into age groups and go through 90 minutes of basketball fundamentals. Youth will have the opportunity to work at various stations such as shooting, ball handling, passing, and footwork. DROP IN VOLLEYBALL: A fun, informal way for adults to participate in the sport of volleyball. Players will be randomly placed on teams. Come out and make some friends as you exercise and have fun at the same time. No one under 18 years of age allowed on site. No play April 2 due to Spring Break. SENIOR CENTER: Looking for a place to get out of the house, meet and socialize with others? Come to the Pasco Senior Center, we have all kinds of stuff to do! Open Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm. The Pasco Senior Center is located at 1315 N. 7th Ave. in Pasco.
SENIOR CENTER BUILDING RENTALS: Looking for a great place to host your next event call the Pasco Senior Center at (509) 545-3459 for more information. We rent large and small rooms for meetings, parties or receptions.
HAPPY FEET - Free Foot Care (Donations Accepted)!: If you reside in Franklin County or Burbank and are over the age of 60 you might qualify for free foot care.
