ADULT FALL SOFTBALL LEAGUE: This league is for class D, E, and Rec. It is a 5 week, 10 game season for new teams or for teams wanting to continue their summer softball season. BEGINNING RUNNING: Running is one of the most effective ways to get into and stay in shape. It can help reduce your risk of hypertension, high cholesterol and diabetes, and promotes better cardiovascular health; but if you've never run before or perhaps think you can't run, getting started can be a daunting task.
