Five Week Fit Camp: - Five Week Fit Camp meets four days a week and will guide participants through a mix of different sport training exercises with the end goal of running/walking the 5k (3.1 mile) loop on the International Cross Country Course. Wavemakers Aqua Fit: Oasis Physical Therapy offers something unique for the Tri-Cities! This warm water exercise class includes: *An underwater treadmill, *Upper body strengthening exercises, *Leg strengthening exercises.
