[ARCHIVED] Oregon Avenue Improvements Public Meeting, June 27, 6pm

The City of Pasco will be holding the third and final open house on the Oregon Avenue Improvements Project on Thursday, June 27, at 6pm in Council Chambers at City Hall, 525 N. 3rd Avenue.

The Oregon Avenue Improvements Project will extend from I-182/US395 to Ainsworth Avenue and will consist of widening the roadway to five lanes to accommodate left turns with curb and gutter along both sides.

During the meeting, the project consultant and City staff will share the Oregon Avenue Traffic Study findings and the recommendations for safety, capacity and driveway improvements. After input from the affected property owners and the public, the full design process will commence. City staff will have individual meetings with property owners if there are any planned changes to driveway locations or other modifications.

The meeting will consist of the presentation followed by a question and answer session. The public and affected property owners are encouraged to attend and bring their questions. For more information, contact Pasco Public Works at (509) 545-3444.

The City of Pasco strives to continue improving the quality of community life in Pasco.
