4th Avenue from West Octave Street to Court Street, and 3rd Avenue from Margaret Street to 4th Avenue, will be closed to thru traffic for paving of the roundabout on Thursday, August 16; Friday, August 17th (1st stage); and Monday, August 20th (2nd stage). Roads will be open as soon as the asphalt has cooled down enough at night for vehicle traffic. Business access will remain open and traffic directed as necessary.
