Agenda Item/Action Taken:

3(c) City Hall Roof Replacement, Project No. C6-11-15-GEN. Council rejected all bids received for the City Hall Roof Replacement, Project No. C6-11-15-GEN and, further, authorized staff to rebid the project. Action Officer: City Engineer Mike Pawlak.

3(d) Resolution No. 3352, authorizing the City Manager to sign an agreement with the Port of Pasco to co-apply for EDA Grant monies to complete the Heritage Rail Spur Project. Approved. Action Officer: Community & Economic Development Director Rick White.

3(e) Resolution No. 3353, setting 7:00 p.m., Monday, December 19, 2011 as the time and date to conduct a public hearing to consider vacating a portion of Bonneville Street, Clark Street and Main Avenue. Approved. Action Officer: Community & Economic Development Director Rick White.

3(f) Resolution No. 3354, accepting the work performed by Armadillo Underground, Inc., under contract for the Commercial Avenue Phase 3D-Boring, SR 395 and Foster Wells Road, Project No. 10-2-01. Approved. Action Officer: City Engineer Mike Pawlak.

3(g) Resolution No. 3355, accepting the work performed by Sharpe & Preszler Construction Company, Inc., under contract for the Commercial Avenue Water Line Extension, Project No. C4-10-05WTR. Approved. Action Officer: City Engineer Mike Pawlak.

3(h) Resolution No. 3356, accepting the work performed by Sierra Electric, Inc., under contract for the 2010 Miscellaneous Traffic Signal Improvements, Project No. 10-4-01 (#M2-10-50STR). Approved. Action Officer: City Engineer Mike Pawlak.

Public Hearings/Ordinances:

7(a) 2012 Property Tax Levy. Following conduct of a public hearing, Council adopted Ordinance No. 4026, providing for the 2012 Ad Valorem Tax Levy, a levy for the 1999 Unlimited Tax General Obligation Bonds and the 2002 Unlimited Tax General Obligation Refunding Bonds, and Ordinance No. 4027, preserving Property Tax Levy Capacity for fiscal years after 2012 in accordance with State Law. Action Officer: Administrative & Community Services Director Rick Terway.

New Business:

10(a) City Council Districts. Council selected Option #2 as the tentative plan for realignment of City Council district boundaries. Action Officer: Deputy City Manager Stan Strebel.
