The Pasco City Council, in the Workshop Meeting of February 10, had three items up for discussion:

-City staff presented an update on the Tri-City Animal Shelter, including some history, current conditions, and the status of new shelter planning. City staff hope to have some recommendations for Council consideration within 3-4 months.
