The Irrigation Division is responsible for maintaining and repairing the City’s irrigation water supply system. Issues for this division include:
Irrigation water main breaks
Leaks
Reduced irrigation pressure
Irrigation Season
Typically, the City’s irrigation season runs from April to October. Seasonal varieties, such as long periods of warm weather (or lack thereof), can affect the length of the season.
The current schedule for irrigation turn-on is on Monday, April 1. It will take several days for the system to fully pressurize.
The Irrigation Master Plan (PDF) provides a basis for identifying, analyzing, and planning capital improvements to the irrigation system.
