The hearing examiner shall hear and decide the following land use decisions: A) Land use decisions described in Section 2.19.080. B) Variances. C) Review of Administrative Action. D) Waiver of Violations. E) Extension of Uses on the Border of a Zoning District. F) Administrative Exceptions.
