Access to Police Records as a Matter of Right

The person involved, or representing a person involved, in a Pasco Police incident may request their own Police Record(s). Other agencies that may have a right to access Police Records may include: a law enforcement agency; DSHS, juvenile justice agency, juvenile's guardian/parent, or juvenile care agency. Please submit your request to for review and determination to:

  • For Body Worn Camera Records, even if directly involved, please submit a public records request with the City Clerk's Office using the online public records request portal.
