The Pasco Police Department currently has four area stations throughout the City. Each area station is manned by an assigned Area Resource Officer and was designed with the purpose of creating a more personalized relationship between the community and the Police Department. Officers are assigned to a specific geographical area with the objective of developing an ongoing, proactive relationship with the community to address concerns in that specific area.

Area Station Benefits
The main benefit of the area stations is that an assigned officer is able to develop specifically-tailored programs and services to respond to area needs. Area station officers are also available to offer educational training and community awareness presentations in conjunction with the Crime Prevention Unit upon request.
