Crime Free Multi-Housing Program

Protecting Our Neighborhoods

The Pasco Police Department's Crime Free Multi-Housing Program (CFMH) was designed to help owners, tenants, and managers of rental property keep drugs and other illegal activity off their property.

The program consists of three phases that landlords must complete before any property receives the Crime Free Multi-Housing Certification within the City of Pasco:

  1. Register and attend an eight hour landlord training seminar offered by the Pasco Police Department
  2. Pass an inspection and certification to certify that the rental property has met security requirements for tenant safety
  3. Organize a tenant crime prevention training meeting through the Neighborhood Watch Program
