Payment Options

There are several ways to pay your City utility bill.

  • In-person: Payments can be made at City Hall in the Customer Service Department with cash, check/money order, or debit card.
  • By Mail: City Of Pasco - Utility Billing, PO Box 491, Pasco, WA 99301
  • Online: Via the City's utility billing portal. 
  • Telephone: Call toll-free at (844) 235-9991. Payments made after 5 p.m. will be posted to your account the next business day.
  • Payment drop boxes: There are 2 payment drop box locations in Pasco. To ensure proper credit please enclose the return portion of your bill. Please note the City cannot assume responsibility for cash payments left in drop boxes. The locations are:
    • HAPO Center (TRAC), 6600 Burden Boulevard. There are several payment drop boxes located on the drive-up island in front of the entrance.
    • Pasco City Hall, 525 N. 3rd Avenue. The dropbox slot is located outside the Third Avenue entrance at City Hall to the north of the main glass doors.
  • Utility Payment Kiosks: Available 24 hours a day, you can pay your City of Pasco, Franklin PUD, and Basin Disposal bills all at one location. Kiosks are located at:
    • Pasco City Hall, 525 N. 3rd Avenue
    • HAPO Center (TRAC), 6600 Burden Blvd.
    • Franklin PUD, 1411 W. Clark Street
    • Basin Disposal, 2021 N. Commercial Avenue

Delinquent Accounts

Payments for delinquent accounts should be paid at the Customer Service windows inside City Hall. Learn more about late payments.
