Services
The Finance Department provides accurate financial information and consistent customer service to the city and the citizens of Pasco. Finance is divided into 4 sections:
- Accounting: Responsible for the supervision and accountability of the city’s resources through fiscally prudent budgeting, accounting, and reporting
- Customer Service (Utility Billing): Responsible for receiving all payments
- Payroll: Responsible for accurate and timely processing of payroll and for reporting to State and Federal agencies in accordance with State and Federal laws and requirements
- Purchasing: Supports purchasing activity throughout the City by reviewing and approving requisitions, assisting in the creation of RFP's, and ensuring compliance with State and Federal laws and requirements
