Welcome to the Pasco Specialty Kitchen (PSK)! We are a certified commercial kitchen and hub of innovation for local entrepreneurs. Since our inception in 2003, we've made it our mission to foster business growth and job creation within our community, thanks to certification from the Washington Health Department.

Our goal is to empower culinary entrepreneurs, providing them access to a fully-equipped, licensed commercial kitchen. We offer this facility at a cost-effective rate, thus ensuring that small businesses have the necessary resources to succeed. Whether you are a home cook or a restaurant chef, PSK provides the perfect environment to transform your culinary vision into a commercially viable, packaged product.

To become a PSK client and gain access to our kitchen facilities, you will need to complete a process that typically lasts 30-45 days. This is due to various permit and license registrations required by local and state agencies. To avoid missing out on potential opportunities, it's important to plan ahead and ensure you have all the necessary paperwork.

To get started, follow these simple steps:

1. Register as a new Food Business on Food Corridor, choosing Pasco Specialty Kitchen as your "home" kitchen.
2. Await contact from the PSK Manager, who will collect further information and invoice you for the $25 application fee.

PSK's operations are funded by grants from the U.S. Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration (EDA) Program and the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. The latter is a program of the Washington Department of Housing and Community Development, and it's managed through the City of Pasco. We're excited to welcome you into our food business community!
