How to Register

For your convenience, Pasco Recreation has multiple ways to register for programs:

  1. After-hours drop-off: A drop box is located to the left of the front doors of City Hall, facing 3rd Avenue. You can drop a completed registration form and full payment in a sealed envelope marked Recreation Services. View directions to City Hall.  Excludes swim lesson registrations.
  2. Fax registrations: You can fax in a completed and signed program registration form (PDF). Our fax number is (509) 545-3455. Only credit card payment is accepted via fax.  Excludes swim lesson registrations. 
  3. Mail registrations: You can mail in a completed and signed registration form. Include a check or money order payable to the City of Pasco. Excludes swim lesson registrations. Upon completion, please mail to:

  4. Online Registrations: You may register for the majority of our programs online with this link. Some programs are unavailable for online registration and may require you to register in person. If you are unable to locate a specific program please call our office.
  5. Walk-in registrations: Please visit the recreation office located inside City Hall between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. We are unable to take transactions after 4:45 pm.

Withdrawal Policy - Individual Class

  • Withdrawal requests made 7 days or more prior to the first day of class will receive a full refund, less a $5 processing fee and any other charge already incurred prior to start of class (i.e., t-shirts or class materials).
  • Withdrawal requests made less than 7 days prior to the first class, but at least 24 hours before class begins, will receive a 50% refund less any other charge already incurred prior to start of class unless otherwise stated.
  • No refunds on Swim Lessons or Lampson Cable Bridge Run
  • No refunds will be given once classes have begun.
  • Out of town trip withdrawal requests must be received at least 30 days prior to event departure to receive a full refund, less a $5 processing fee. No refund less than 30 days.
  • League refunds will not be issued once schedules are published.
  • Withdrawals are subject to a $5 processing fee and any other charges already incurred prior to start of class. (ie: T-shirts or class materials)

Registration Guidelines

  • Advanced registration required unless otherwise noted.
  • Payment in full is due at time of registration.
  • No in-class registrations will be accepted.
  • Classes cannot be prorated.
  • Youth Financial Assistance applications will not be processed during swim lesson registration or the same day of registration for any class.  Advanced approval is required.

Cancellation Policy

Recreation Services reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or combine activities as needed. If an activity is cancelled, participants will be notified by phone and a full refund will be issued.

Waiting List

If your desired class is full, your name can be placed on a waiting list if one is available for your class (excludes swim lessons).  If a spot becomes available or we are able to add more capacity, you will be contacted in the order on the waitlist. Spots will be filled on a first come first serve basis and not based on the order on the waitlist.

At this time, we are unable to take registrations over the phone. We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express in person.
